Recently, our newly‑introduced multi‑motor outer‑cover net weaving machine has completed installation and commissioning and been officially put into production. The machine features a shuttle pitch of 12.7 mm and a working width of 660 meshes. Adopting a multi‑motor drive architecture, it converts rigid impact generated by traditional cam mechanisms during high‑speed operation into finely‑adjustable flexible motion under electrical control, successfully meeting dual requirements for high‑speed running and stable reliability.

This technical upgrade delivers remarkable improvements in knot quality. Knot tightness is a critical indicator for evaluating fishing net quality. The occurrence of slip‑knots will significantly shorten net service life and reduce fishing efficiency. Through precise servo‑motor control, this machine ensures consistent warp‑yarn tension, producing more uniform and firm knots and enhancing the structural stability of net knots.

Thanks to superior equipment performance, this machine lays a solid technical foundation for our company to expand into high‑end markets and secure high‑value‑added orders.

In terms of operation and maintenance, the equipment also brings notable cost‑optimization benefits. Its electric control system reduces the number of mechanical transmission components, lowering the replacement frequency of wearing parts and daily maintenance workload from the source, thus cutting overall operating costs. Weaving process parameters can be digitally set and stored, enabling faster process switching for different‑specification products, shortening production‑change downtime and improving overall equipment efficiency, which facilitates quick product selection for customers based on practical requirements. The servo‑driven system achieves higher energy efficiency, delivering noticeable reduction in unit‑product energy consumption during long‑term operation and further strengthening the cost competitiveness of our finished nets.

At present, our company has built a large‑scale equipment fleet of 68 sets of  net‑weaving  machines, covering a full range of models and specifications. We can flexibly satisfy production demands for different yarn diameters, net depths and mesh sizes, greatly improving convenience for product selection. Supported by sufficient production capacity, we achieve higher efficiency in order processing and delivery with further shortened lead‑times, so as to better support customers' production schedules and delivery timelinesISO.

The introduction of this new machine represents a substantial upgrade for our capability in large‑mesh fishing net weaving. The equipment is now in full production, with its technical performance and product quality fully validated during commissioning. Leveraging our robust equipment capacity, we will continue to supply customers with reliable‑quality, fast‑delivery and cost‑effective fishing‑net products.
