Recently, tests completed by the Testing Center of East China Sea Fisheries Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences, show that our net panel of specification 0.30×35.5MD×84MM achieved excellent results in mesh breaking strength, exceeding the industry standard by 44.1%. The test was performed on the FM‑02 INSTRON‑4466 tensile tester, in strict accordance with GB/T 1867‑2024 Woven Net Panels for Fishery Use.

With more than 20 years of dedicated development, we have built an efficient, stable and well‑established production system. In terms of hardware facilities, we operate 3 advanced monofilament production lines and 54 high‑performance net‑weaving looms. We are also equipped with one ground‑trough steam transverse setting machine and one vacuum high‑pressure steam transverse setting machine, supported by sufficient spooling machines, net‑mending machines and selvedge‑trimming machines, forming a complete production chain.

For talent resources, we have fostered a united, hard‑working and innovation‑driven technical team. Currently we have nearly 60 senior and skilled technicians and close to 10 maintenance engineers on staff. Moreover, we have independently developed three extra‑large vertical electric‑heating setting machines, demonstrating our strong technical R&D capabilities.

In quality control, standardized inspection procedures are implemented across the plant. There are 5 full‑time professional quality inspectors and two automatic monofilament tensile testers on‑site, delivering solid assurance for product quality.
